When my return flight was abruptly cancelled, the staff worked magic to help me book a room there at the last minute so that I could stay an additional night. They were even able to let me stay in the same room. Additionally, throughout my stay, they were helpful in offering transportation information, recommendations, and calling taxis. This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to many attractions by foot and also close by several train stations, making out of town day trips easily accessible.
