"Great location, great hotel. Only issue was the parking, nothing to do with the hotel, but the car park lift was not working, therefore carrying suitcases down several flights of stairs was not fun. Therefore, using the hotel to drop or collect luggage before and after is advised, if possible, just in case. "

"The worst 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was okay but the lift wasn’t working. The shower in the morning was lukewarm even when running for over 5 minutes. The tv didn’t properly work as couldn’t view the guide! Avoid!"

"Our hotel stay was lovely staff very friendly and helpful, our room was on the 4th floor very quiet family room, beds very comfortable & pillows lovely sheets room clean good choice on teas coffees & hot chocolate with biscuits and mint chocolate coins. The TV channel choice was really good. Great location 5 mins walk to New street train station also close to getting the tram and close to the library and Symphony hall, and Victoria Square, we went to visit Black Sabbath bench to pay our respects to Ozzy Osbourne. "
