"This hotel is beautiful the area is so perfect there are some beautiful restaurants close by the staff are so lovely and helpful simon and vicky answered any questions i had and were very happy to help with anything i am returning next week it was that nice "
"Room was nice, well equipped and located well. However it wasn't ready on arrival, despite paying for early check in and turning up after 3pm (usual check in time).
The air con was centrally managed and couldn't be changed, no windows could be opened which meant the room was incredibly warm and stuffy. We did ask if it could be changed and was apparently as low as it could be."
"The property was clean and well furnished with utensils and crockery.
Location was great
Access was easy and the agents were quick to respond
There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided tea and coffee was not provided.
I’ve stayed in many places similar to this and there has been this provided.
This is my only criticism "

"Excellent stay but breakfast far too expensive. "
"Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Food was good and reasonably priced. Plenty of public transport nearby. I had a single room which was very spacious and a full size bathroom. Bed was comfortable. At breakfast there was plenty of choice from the hot and cold items which were self service. I walked to the Royal Observatory through the park. I will definitely stay here again when visiting London as this place is a greaf find."
