"Lovely spacious, clean room. Good level of soundproofing, no noise from surrounding rooms. Excellent location 6mins walk from Covent Garden Tube Station & 5 mins from the Adelphi Theatre. Breakfast was good, attentive staff and the usual cooked and continental options"

"The room at sky level was ok. Had an issue with the toilet running that took a few hrs to get sorted. Only one working elevator so you know it can get impossible to use at certain hrs of the day. No landlines in the room, at reception to use when I had an issue with my credit card (and needed to call my card company - had to go to another hotel to do this). However, the cafe staff is super friendly and the location is excellent - you’re literally steps from the Aldgate East subway station. Overall a decent place but def need to train some staff members, particularly the overnight crew - they’re largely clueless."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at in london in a very long time. Only point I thought was petty was not allowing me to take my remaining coffee I had paid for as part of my buffet breakfast away with me. Other than that can find not a single flaw "
