"The water park was great! Our beds and pillows were soft. A few of the elevators didn’t work and the spa and gym were being renovated, so we don’t use those. Overall pretty nice."

"We had a good time. Our keys would randomly work for the pool gates, so that was an inconvenience. The room could have been cleaner. Clumps of hair on the carpet, dead bugs in the shower, and we could not get the fireplace to work the first night we were there when it was a little chilly. The two-floor villas would be much better without carpet. The carpet just did not seem very clean."
