"Hotel is CLOSED. Hotels.com did not notify us of this. They keep trying to contact the hotel to issue us a refund, but they don’t seem to realize that the hotel is CLOSED and their number has been disconnected. There are other reviews on this and other sites that can back this up."

"The street looks a little scary when arriving at night but is probably safe due to enough people being out and about. The noise was somewhat abated by the shutters. Most of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The overnight desk clerk was not so nice. We had a half bottle of wine left from our dinner down the street and he would not even let us use wine glasses. "

The only complaint was that the bedroom decor was a little dated, the shower was very small and awkward, and the room was very warm without a proper window. The breakfast was average, but did the job. I have to say though, the staff really were very helpful and the hotel is conveniently located for both the airport and the town. "
