Staff lovely, great location, very clean, room great, breakfast fab

excellent hotel, stayed for a week b&b, great choice of food for breakfast, we booked room overlooking pool , room was cleaned every day an fresh towels provided. Staff very friendly, will definitely go back loved our stay here most relaxing holiday I ever had 👌👌

From out check in to check out efficiency was uppermost. Had a lovely pool view room, was spotless and cleaned each day. Towels changed on a regurlar basis. Pool was always kept clean and staff so friendly and welcoming. No question was ever a bother and always had a positive result. Food was plentiful and choice really good. Didn't have a spare room for late check out but we were facitated by other means which worked out really well, Close to all shopping and bars and yet was quiet at night....

We had a lovely stay in the Vulcano Hotel. However we would have preferred to have had the option of availing of Bed and Breakfast only on Hotels.com but this option wasn't available to us. The pool are was very comfortable and there were plenty of sunbeds available. The hotel is situated in a convenient and central location.

El apartamento no puede estar mejor.,el lugar es muy tranquilo, algo separado del centro,algunos lo preferirán. Sólo estuvimos una noche de paso, pero excelente en todos los sentidos.

Todo muy excelente, personal muy amable y claro con las indicaciones del establecimiento.

The buffet area was like a large canteen, no organisation, people walking around looking for seats . No one there to help or direct you to a table like a proper restaurant. There was nothing glamorous about it at all . No carpet , no atmosphere, It was very disappointing. Everyone was overdressed fir this restaurant. The food was luke warm , the ice cream melted . Entertainment ended way to early , started at 9pm & finished at 10 pm you are only getting into it when it’s over ....

our stay at LA SIESTA was one of our more enjoyable holidays we have had in las americas over the past 20 years , because it is situated right in the centre of the resort. we had a nice room but it was situated right at the end of the complex ,looking onto a row of trees. we would have liked a room nearer to reception and looking over the pool area. but that said we will be back with a room hopefully situated in a better location. yours sincerely joe.

I thought that the hotel was excellent for their restaurant and their service. The entertainment was first class and the entertainment staff were the best ever. They were very friendly and accomadating so much so that I have booked another holiday there for next year. Well done!!!

Really enjoyed the location as it was only a short walk to a variety of different areas. Staff are really friendly and helpful and apartment was cleaned daily. Nice atmosphere in the hotel with a good mix of guests. Only negative is that there was no air conditioning in the room just a fan which made it very hot at times.

Just home from Gara Suites and overall it was a very nice experience. It’s a brand new hotel, we were one of the first guests to stay there so obviously there were small teething problems. But nothing that won’t be solved over time. We had a duplex suite with a stunning view that took in the golf course, mountains and sea. Breakfast was included which was excellent.
