The condo was huge and airy and wonderful! It's 5 mins from 5th ave and close to all the stores and shopping. The room was very clean and staff was easy to work with. There was always someone in the lobby at night and they were very accomodating. The pool on the roof is glorious and yes, there is a small washer/dryer combo in the unit! We will definitely stay there again when we come back!

Mare condo is in a great location. Close to everything. The staff is ok, not overly friendly. Most room access from common atrium (very noisy). The walls and doors are very thinn. I woke to the sound of my next door neighbor GETTING IT ON. Didn't last very long but. Nobody needs that. The shower has no door at all so water gos all over the bathroom floor. No safe in room at all anywhere. So i had to maintain all my valuables on my person the entire stay. At check in i was required to place a $200 security deposit. Cash only or surender your passport. This was not anticipated so i was out $200 that i planned on using while there. They only change linens every 3rd day. Haven said all this it was $38 a night. So i choose value over luxury. Roof top pool is small but a nice place to hang out. I would stay again.

The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. AC worked well and hot water too! The rooftop pool area is rather small with little shade area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to a few restaurants and convenience stores. Dogs barking at night and loud music from neighboring buildings so bring earplugs. Decent stay for the price.

This property is a little older but everything was in really good condition. The front desk staff was fantastic, always polite and helpful. We were able to easily walk to Avenida 5th which is the main tourist area in the area, but the entire city was easy to navigate and walk. The rooftop pool was a nice treat and there were a number of spots to relax up there.

Staff was very friendly, even when we checked out at 330 am! This hotel is a 25 minute walk to the ferry terminal and shopping, and close to the 5th ave shops and restaurants. Highly recommend walking over there for dinner and live music! Close to good local restaurants and fruit markets. AC was amazing and the rooftop pool was nice and cool for hot days!
