"Clean room. Broken fan in bathrooom that stayed on all night. No availability to swap. Food ok"

"The parking is very easy, you just enter you car registration on a screen in reception. The guy at reception was very proficient and friendly. The room was small, basic but very clean and comfortable. There are shops around with 2 minutes, so like Waitrose, Lidl (actually underneath the hotel), Home Bargains and even a Weatherspoons! There are some nice restaurants across the road by the marina and the High Street is a couple of minutes away by car. Actual hotel facilities are limited, as most budget hotels are, but most people I suspect just use it as a sleeping base, so and it is perfect for that. "

"From being met by the host to leaving, we had a great stay. The property was very clean and suitable for our family of 4. We had everything we need. The hosts gave ideas for walks and things to do in the area, as well as any queries.Very easy to find and on a great location. A very enjoyable break. "

"Room was very clean and seemingly recently renovated. Unfortunately there was dreadful noise from above, which I think is a family in a flat. And stupid things like the kettle wasn’t in a cradle so you couldn’t fill it easily and the blinds did not keep out the light. "
