Right off FWY 205 and main artery 122nd Ave, walking distance to public transit, Division Center shopping, banks, restaurants, businesses and much more. You will find everything you need in this modern home. No clutter, plenty of room for your energy to flow.
The space
Welcome to my newly renovated beautiful home, it features 2 bedrooms on the main floor with 2 queen beds, and spacious bonus room upstairs with 2 twin beds and workspace. This is perfect spacious house for family with kids and in-laws. Kitchen cabinets and all appliances brand new, with beautiful quarts countertops. You will enjoy living room with gas fireplace and smart ROKU TV in the living room. Each bedroom has its own wall mounted smart ROKU TV for at most comfort. House has huge fenced front yard with large driveway and plenty of parking. Front door has Security Smart lock. You will enjoy being close to everything, minutes from Freeway 205, HWY 84 and from PDX Airport.
