"Service was generally friendly, but not always consistent—some staff went above and beyond Like Maria excellent person ,while others seemed less attentive. The resort being so large means you’ll do a lot of walking, or rely on the shuttle, which can take time"

"Beautiful property, and our Butler Rodny was amazing and the highlight of the trip. The room was kind of outdated and we had a few things break, but thankfully Rodny was very helpful in getting this fixed. We really disliked the salesmen in all the lobbies, they were always bothering us. The one that approached us during our check-in was so pushy and it make us uncomfortable, we basically avoided the lobby the entire trip because of this. He would call every morning and stop us every time we saw him. The whole reason we went to an all inclusive resort is so we don't have to deal with this kind of stuff, and we did pay a lot for our stay so this is not something you would expect."

"The resort is newly renovated and you can tell. The grounds, the buildings, the rooms are all beautiful and incredibly clean. The grounds in the middle with the wildlife were beautiful at night lit up with little lanterns, a quick walk between the rooms and the lobby/restaurants. There are trolleys for those that prefer. The beach is gorgeous, beautiful soft white sand. Turquoise water. The waves can be big and quite rough, with strong undertow. It was like this every day, it’s fun to play in but it’s not for those that are not strong swimmers. Towel wars are also in full swing here, if you want a prime spot you best get up early to reserve it. We opted for the VIP, you pay extra when you check in. It included better beach access, more restaurants, some extra amenities. We enjoyed it for the comfier beach loungers, not having to fight for a spot at the beach & the beach side restaurant. But the long list of added VIP amenities we didn’t really see, we wouldn’t have enjoyed our vacation as much without it, but it’s expensive for what it is. The reviews on the food were mixed we knew that coming here, and they were true. The food wasn’t our taste. Buffet was not great, very small for the size of the resort and very chaotic. WiFi is free but very spotty. Overall we really enjoyed our vacation, the staff were friendly, the resort was beautiful, the beach was amazing. If the food had been better we would definitely return. "
