"Excelente hotel, me he quedado aquí en varias ocasiones. Tiene muy buena ubicación, excelentes instalaciones y un gimnasio aceptablemente equipado. Mi única queja es que el gimnasio no está abierto las 24 horas; fuera de eso, todo es excelente. Me encanta este hotel y sin duda espero volver."

"We had an awesome time , but we did have issues finding bathrooms , close to pool areas a nd casino And they need to be more watch of people that order food by the pools if I wasn't paying attention I would have pay for food and drinks charged to my room Thank to all the staff excellent special shout out to waiter Phillipe he works in Roots awesome young man very attentive answered all.of our questions about the meals and drinks thanks.again Phillipe"
