resort is really great! only negative was room service.
i ask to bring wine opener to my room and took them 2 hours to bring it. why? I called 4-5 times to make sure and said will bring right a way but took 2 hours. that is so shame.

Spa was excellent...food was good....the toilet in our room was not working properly the entire stay. Even when they sent maintenance to "fix it' Really the only issue we had.For over a $2200k price for 4 night stay ww expeected better due to the reviews.

The pool is nice but it needs to be clean it has small black dots of mold. It needs attention for sure. Other than that everything was great, loved the spa.
