"Stayed here for 4 nights with my BF. We originally planned to go to Mexico but were unable to. The resort was great, like 30 min from the airport, staff was so incredibly helpful and kind they’ll drive you around on golf carts when you want/ need it. The only two negative things i have to say are that there is not a lot of space on the beach, obviously it is not an issue with the resort. It is just the geography of the island, it is very rocky so most of the guests stay at the resort pool, but the pool is very large and has a swim bar so it is very nice still. The second thing is that if you plan on eating/drinking a lot, I would consider an all-inclusive resort because we spent a lot of money just on food and drinks at the resort although we figured that would happen going into it. otherwise, it was an amazing experience."

"I LOVED THE HOTEL, IT WAS NICE, CLEAN AND THE LOCATION WAS GREAT! HOWEVER, I PAID EXTRA FOR A GOOD ROOM LOCATION BUT WAS PUT IN A SPACE THAT LOOKED AT THE ROOF TOP OF A LOWER BLDG CONNECTED TO THE HOTEL AND EVERYTHING CONNECTED TO A GOOD VIEW WAS BLOCKED! I THINK HOUSEKEEPING FORGOT US AND DIDN'T COME ON DAY #2! I STILL HAD A GOOD TIME AND BESIDES THAT ITS A GREAT PLACE!!! THAT IS WHY I GAVE 4 INSTEAD OF 5 STARS"

"The room was very clean, our air conditioning made a loud sound however it worked well. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The beach was amazing and in a nice area that had minimal waves and very clear water, the beach came with an umbrella and a long chairs. The pool was amazing absolutely loved the pool!"

"Pool is awesome, kids love it, beach is about 1 block away and they have chairs and towels for you there. Staff, cleaners, cooks, bartenders all were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great. Seafood restaurant is very good. Casino on premises. They advertise bikes as part of the amenities. Bikes were not only not available, excuses were they are all broken (as you see them sitting there), but it seemed like you were putting the front desk out when you asked to use one of the advertised amenities. All these free things ain't free as you pay a daily resort fee !! Concierges are very helpful. Rooms are clean."
