"Lovely hotel easy to get to from airport & very central to getting round krakow .Room was lovely very clean with everything you needed .Had a lovely meal via room service on first night & very good price .Was very quiet to although was very central .Another plus was the superb shopping centre literally 100 yards away .Would highly recommend thank you "

"Excellent stay at this hotel. Location is good in old town and room was clean and impeccable. Only small issue I had was didn’t like my pillow but grey actually have a pillow menu of all types that I didnt use so 100% my fault. Would stay here again without hesitation. "

"The staff at Puro,are extremely helpful, in fact they're one of the best,that i have met on my travels! Irmina,Weronika,Ola,Ewa,couldn't do enough to make our stay smoother.
