"We selected this location because of its proximity to family. It was immaculately clean and well-stocked with all the necessities. Stephan was highly responsive each time we reached out. Our only problem was the heat in the house. The weather was unseasonably cold and we needed to rely on the heat. It wasn’t working and we needed to reach out to Stephan several times. He responded appropriately by first providing space heaters, and ultimately replacing the broken thermostat. We would definitely...

"Plus: clean, location to beach, sofa bed actually comfortable (although no sheets that actually fit) Not so plus: front lawn not mowed, had hard time parking on the pad (I drove a Kia Sorento, no street parking), no hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels/kitchen towels (first thing went to Target to get what we needed), no games/books/magazines, designated office area—beat up desk sandwiched next to sofa, backyard not very private, just not a super welcoming vibe. "The seaside cottage was centrally located for my Christmas visit with friends. To my surprise there was everything that I could possible need to cook and there was a shower dispenser with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was a note welcoming me to the host’s home and a booklet with the has pictures and guidance for my stay. I choose this for the fact I could have my dog but was surprised by the extras. Will stay here again while I am visiting friends and family. "

"While surprisingly far away from Asbury Park, location turned out great for departure Tuesday morning. Best feature was three bedrooms, so couple could have one room, and each teen could have another. Also great: two bathrooms. Not air conditioned, but fans adequate this late in season, plus close to ocean. Was hard to figure out parking. Having ginger ale as well as water in fridge a nice touch.
