"We had an absolutely wonderful stay for our girls’ weekend! We’ve been traveling together for over 12 years and have stayed in many rental homes, and this was hands down the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. We are all pretty particular when it comes to cleanliness, and we kept joking that this house was probably cleaner than our own homes! Everything was absolutely spotless.The house was also incredibly well stocked and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, utensils, spices, and all the little things you don’t always find in a rental. The bathrooms were just as thoughtfully stocked, with soaps, plush soft towels that smelled wonderfully fresh and clean, and even little touches like Q-tips and makeup remover rounds.There was plenty of room and lots of sleeping options for our group. Although we weren’t traveling with children, we noticed so many thoughtful touches for families as well, including kid-friendly dishes and utensils, little chairs, games, and other items that would make traveling with children much easier. It really felt like the owners had thought of everything.The homeowners were wonderful—extremely responsive, helpful, and generous with recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and things to do in the area.Our stay truly couldn’t have been better. The home was comfortable, welcoming, exceptionally clean, and incredibly well cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!"
Spacious 3-bedroom apartment in cool Buchanan with AC

"The house was an older house, but the unit was renovated and clean. The unit had three bedrooms so was big enough for us which was good. The kitchen had most of the essentials. There were only two bath towels in the unit although we registered for four people. We were told that there were "Turkish Towels" in the closet, and we did find the towels which looked like small beach blankets - they were not absorbent at all and left lint so really were not nice as towels. I would have preferred "real" towels. There was no iron and ironing board and no hair dryer which would have been nice to have and something that most rental units supply. But otherwise it was adequate for our needs."

"We were so happy with the property, the perfect getaway with our pup. The back deck was great for an evening glass of wine and we were surprised to see two pairs of swans gliding along the lake our first night there. Our pup had fun chasing the boat waves while we relaxed on the shoreline. Close to so many great dog friendly places. We will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future!"
