"Very nice, clean, comfortable place to stay away from Reykjavik but not too far. Plenty of free parking in front. Staff was very kind at the front desk and morning kitchen crew. Only complaint may be the smell of wet dog that lingered in the halls."

"This was a great stay and a really nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean*. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not dine at the hotel however the restaurant seemed really nice. My one complaint has to do with the parking situation. First there is parking garage adjacent to the hotel, but it's confusing and expensive. The staff recommended the municipal lot around the corner, which was fine as long as it wasn't raining/snowing, *The room was clean, however the floor is of natural wood and the planks by the desk were stained/dirty and water-damaged probably from hundreds of wet shoes from all the guests - a minor defect but worth noting in a hotel of this caliber. Maybe a small rug or pad would help."

"Staying here was a wonderful experience! The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and the desk was staffed 24/7, which was so convenient. It was completely silent at night. One of our best nights sleep of our trip. Pods were well laid out so there was plenty of room for 2 adults and all of our luggage. Bathrooms were nice and well stocked. Honestly, I don’t have any complaints. The kitchen was well-stocked with add-ons (beverages, mostly). There is a laundry service with reasonable prices, but I didn’t use it so I can’t speak to the quality of the service. The room was very clean, no weird smell. The location was great. When I am next in Reykjavik, I will absolutely be staying here again!"
