Bra storlek på rummet, perfekt läge. Underbara täcken och kuddar! Bekväm säng, obekväm bäddsoffa (det borde läggas på en bäddmadrass). Inte det vanliga billiga porslinet utan inredningen var lagom modern och fin :)

A nordic home

This place is in a very nordic looking attractive building located walking distance to the city center. The inside of the place looks like your home, very different from typical sterile hotel room. The host manager was quite helpful.

Pretty nice!

I really loved the location of this, but as someone from out of the country having no internet (it wouldnt reach to the room we were in even after troubleshooting) it made it very difficult to do some things. If internet connection in not an issue, then this is a great place. The staff wasn't always on the property but was quick to come when I was out of toilet paper and called them. The unit had almost everything we needed (minus parking and internet) and the bed was comfortable.

Very poor direction to apartment, pictures did not match where we were. It was actually a converted garage.

Vi fikk sove i en garasje som var gjort om til en liten hybel. Dette var ikke det vi så på bildene da vi booket overnatting der. Veldig uproft og ikke opplyse om. Det var veldig dårlig lufte muligheter. Så det ble 2 netter uten noe særlig søvn.

Convenient location and private quarters. Clean, neat and comfortable. Somehow we never got the code to get in the room. We ended up borrowing a phone from a local person and calling the owners. Other than that glitch it was a very nice place to stay!

Beautiful downtown apartment

Amazing apartment close to downtown. Close to bus stop 1, the Settlement Museum, Harpa music hall Perfect for our big family. Love the kitchen and dining room. Lots of natural light. Very comfortable.

well located, but not overly "spiffy"

Great place to base out of for Iceland trip. Coffee, restaurants, mini mart all within steps. The layout worked for the three couples that we were traveling with. Cleanliness wasn't stellar but the apartment was supplied with everything we needed EXCEPT for towels. A measly one towel per person for three nights.

Great Location. Gracious Host

Great location. Walking distance to many tourist attractions, restaurants and stores. Host was very gracious and kind. Checked in via email a day after we arrived to make sure everything was going well. He let us drop off our luggage before it was time to check in, and allowed us store our luggage after checkout. Apartment was clean. WiFi was free. Did not use the TV but there was one. Stayed in the 2 bedroom as we were traveling with our 3 kids. It was spacious and had a balcony. FYI there is no microwave which was not an issue for us. There was a washer which we did not use.

Just back from an amazing trip to Iceland last week when we stayed in Studio 200 apartment in Brattagata! Communication from Gudbjorg was excellent, with an email in good time before we went (and a speedy reply to my emails) providing detailed checkin details, infor.ation about the location and recomendations for restaurants and activities near by! The apartment was very easily found using Gudjorgs directions, however think Id have had difficulty without these! The apartment its self was very clean with good facilities (kitchen, dinning table, lounge area, ensuite bathroom, hairdryer and plug in radiator)! The bed was very comfortable with plentiful bedding and blankets! The apartment was surprisingly warm and very cosy and we were never cold inside it during our whole stay!!!!

Charming Apartment in Perfect Location

This little guesthouse is simply charming and the location is perfect. Getting the key was seamless. There is a small convenience store less than a minute away (with a larger one just 5 minutes away) and it's a short walk to everything, although the house is in a very quiet street. We didn't have a car but didn't need one, tours and our airport shuttle picked us up just a 5 minute walk away. We didn't see it used in winter but there was a little children's park right next door. The apartment itself is modern, clean and lovely, with plenty of space for our family of four adults. The washing machine and dryer was very convenient (although both are small and a bit slow, so don't expect to push big loads through quickly). We didn't use the kitchen much, and there is no microwave which we would have liked, but it was well supplied with everything else. Fast seamless wi-fi. The owners had left the place decorated for Christmas which was delightful. Our only real complaints about comfort were that we all agreed the bedroom pillows were terrible, the main bed seemed smaller than a queen (which I think it was supposed to be, but maybe only small by American standards!) and the living area isn't really large enough to accommodate more than a couple of people on the one couch, but dining room, bedrooms and storage space throughout were generous for a small apartment. Absolutely delightful, would definitely stay there again if we were to ever return to Reykjavik. Thank you!
