After one night they upgraded us to a much larger room. It was awesome! The staff had excellent recommendations for restaurants too!

The hotel itself and the staff were wonderful - the room was very cute and the shower was great! This is in a VERY loud part of town on the weekends - I'm glad we were on the 5th floor, but the street was very loud both from people and music well into the night. I would only recommend this hotel to heavy sleepers. The blackout curtains also need to be larger. There is light that comes in from the top and bottom, as well as in between the curtains, which is hard in the middle of June. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Very nice hotel right in the heart of Reykyavik. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and quiet for the most part but Friday and Saturday nights there is music booming until 4 AM outside.

Fantastic location and really great staff. Note that it’s in the heart of the pub area, so you may find it noisy deep into the night, but the windows kept the sound out and it was a great experience. Highly recommend!!!
