The main problem I had was trying to get the access information for the property ahead of time. I was told it would be sent out 24 hours ahead, and I was getting on a long-distance bus to Santiago with no internet access. "This is not the place I'd recommend for anyone to stay. The lack of communication with the staff was horrible and it made the whole experience worse. There was no one available to let me in the room when I arrived and I was told to return later that day. After I did, I was let in by a cleaning lady.
