"Our stay was going well until we were unable to get any hot water in the morning. We were told there was a problem with the boiler when we went down for breakfast, and then with the gas supply when were returning to our room after breakfast. So we were unable to have a shower, and my wife was planning to wash her hair ahead of our visit to relatives. It is totally unacceptable that we were unableto wash and shower and we asked for a full refund when checking. We wait to hear from Crowne Plazza customer relations team. "

"Spent two nights at the Radisson whilst we attended a family wedding, we had a family room which was well appointed and clean, the food served at the Huddle was what you would expect to see on a sports bar menu but cooked very well, the breakfast offered was really good but what pushed the hotel to excellent for us was the attentive, helpful and engaging staff, every member of the team we interacted with went above and beyond to meet all our needs and they made my kids feel really welcome."
