"The location of the property was great, the apartment itself was very nice, as were the amenities the apartment provide. The building itself was great from the pool, elevator, to parking. Though the cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. It matches with the description. But a lot of things didn’t work when I arrive, the wifi didn’t work, no TV signal, the stove top didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work. The staff did respond quickly to come fix things. The good side is the AC, shower, laundry washer and dryer all works great. "I booked last minute as I needed a quick stay when I arrived no one answered the phone or door and no check in instructions were sent to me to the point I was stranded in Mexico at 8pm. They eventually reached out and did not offer to refund or make the issue right I paid and never got to stay at the property."
