"The property has much better food than the average all inclusive, staff was always friendly and made you feel welcome. The activities were amazing and abundant, we actually changed our flight to stay an extra day because we were having so much fun. "

"This was our second time at Maya Riviera and we are already making plans to bring our kids with us next time to one of the other Maya Grand resorts on the complex. The rooms was clean and well cared for, service was great, and all of the employees are very kind and helpful. The only downfalls we had this time around was that the pools were colder (I’m a freeze baby) and we had reservations for water activities cancelled due to wind changes that we don’t learn about until we walked all the way over there. They are also doing some construction on the main entryway that looks like it was due to some damage and that was pretty loud during the day but it didn’t really impact us as we were in the premium rooms at the far end of the resort. Wish we could have stayed longer as there was still plenty to do on the complex that we didn’t get to! We will be happy to go back!"
