"Building 12, the rooms from 122** ~1224*, the shower sink has terrible smell, we have to use towel to cover sink hole everyday."

"Everything was great. The room was modern, clean, spacious, bright and beautiful. Great view. Comfortable seating on the balcony. Service/hospitality was excellent. Food/drinks were great. We did the preferred room so we got brand name alcohol. The spa was wonderful. We did the hydrotherapy twice and spa treatments once. I got a facial/cranial sacral massage and my husband got a massage with three different modalities. We both loved our treatments. The property is well maintained and has a variety of restaurants. Its located inside a gated community so you can walk outside the resort and explore a little without a car. You can rent a golf cart if you want to. There is a nice public beach you can walk to. "

"We had a fantastic vacation. We had access to most of the property due to booking through Expedia. The beach at Kantenah was the best spot and Alejandro took care of us every day we went to the beach! The restaurants were great and the staff everywhere were all very kind and accommodating for all of our questions in concerns. The rooms were very clean and the maid service kept everything stocked for us everyday. We will definitely be back in the future and would recommend this resort."

"My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from Feb 4-12, 2026. Despite reading some negative reviews, we had an amazing experience, especially the service from our Expedia rep Erik Medina. We stayed in building 10, 2nd floor. It was less noisy than the main floor (golf carts come and go here). Overall, the noise was not a huge issue but I'd suggest ear plugs if you're a light sleeper as you can sometimes hear both people and birds in the early hours of the night. We had a junior king room and it was perfect, clean and mattress/pillows were very comfortable. Everything worked as expected. The grounds are very well maintained and the sitting areas had nice, new furniture both indoors and outside. Be prepared to run into some spider monkeys, coati and occasional cats and racoons! There are lots of birds chirping around as well. There are 3 main unheated pools. We found them all very clean and we appreciated that there always seemed to be lounge chairs available throughout the day. No racing to reserve chairs! We found the staff always pleasant and attentive to our needs and requests. Customer service was a pleasure. We went to all but one a-la-carte restaurants (seafood as we couldn't fit it in) but we did make all of our reservations right after we arrived which I highly recommend as early times fill up quickly (schedule opens each Wed am) The food/drinks were excellent! I would highly recommend this resort! We plan to go back again if possible."
