Top Rock Springs Run State Reserve Hotel Reviews

Rosen Inn, closest to Universal

Rosen Inn, closest to Universal

8/10 Good
"The property is close to the Universal resort and Epic. That part was great. All of the restaurants operate on limited hours which wasn’t that great if you were spending your days at the amusement parks. The room was fine. There were a lot of little annoyances like the room cleaning staff mistakenly taking a bathing suit that took 2 days to get back, the blow dryer in our room sounded like a bomb ready to go off and spit plastic at me, and the interactions I had with the front desk, was like they hated their jobs - slow and one word answers. Also beware the timeshare sales person. The pool was great. My kids loved it."
