"Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. "Lovely atmosphere, very nice room, staff was kind and helpful.
The shower in my room was absolutely incredible if a good shower matters to you book the Oliver "
"The Concierge service was horrible. They were curt, aggorant, and condescending. The staff was unhelpful in presenting printed out receipts at the closer of our stay. We only had breakfast there, and it was questionable both regarding the food but especially the service. My wife and I were overlooked for coffee and had to wait several minutes before I brought it to the attention of the servers that we had not been given any coffee when several had entered after us and were served. It was this experience that made us decide to eat elsewhere. It was not a positive memorable experience!"
"I was really impressed with the quality of this hotel. Only thing missing is a communal tap to fill a water bottle. The member of staff I asked, said the bathroom tap was my only option.
Overall an excellent stay in a very convenient location. "
