The biggest issue with the hotel is that the room you select online is not the one you are given upon arrival. We booked a Deluxe Triple Room, but were assigned a standard triple room instead. THE STEPS Hotel - by Eitch Collection
Great central location. The room was beautiful and clean. Only two complaints. It is a very noisy area and the room was too warm and we couldn’t find any temperature controls. Both made sleeping difficult.
