Six minutes walk from Roma Termini so extremely well connected for bus and metro. It was a self contained en suite room with shared kitchen. There was one other resident we never saw. First floor with no lift. Three different door codes, street entry, apartment and room. Some problems with codes. You have to wake the key pad by pressing a key before you enter the code. Quickly eesolved hy whatsapp message with keyholder. Area is pretty run down but safe. Close to the Papal Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore

If you’re Asian and planning to use the train during your stay, this is one of the best short-term accommodations you can find. There are plenty of Asian markets nearby, which is super convenient. Just keep in mind that this place doesn’t operate like a regular hotel — there’s no front desk or lobby. You’ll need to be in touch with the host in advance to get all the check-in information. Make sure communication with the host goes smoothly to avoid any issues when entering the property.

O apartamento é bem perto da estação, muito confortável e limpo. O chuveiro tem uma pressão de água meio fraca, mas estava bem quente. O prédio parece ser meio antigo, mas não se assustem, o quarto é excelente.

Todo excelente, el lugar agradable; excepto que hacen mucho ruido desde las 5:30 AM. Realmente no es hotel es una habitación tipo AirBnb y tú haces todo autónomamente. Tampoco hacen limpieza como los hoteles. Pero la cercanía a la estación central “Termini” está a unos pasos solamente si alguien la renta nuevamente y aterriza en el aeropuerto de Roma puede tomar el tren hacia la terminal central y de ahí caminas 300 metros. Te evitas muchos problemas como el Uber y una fila inmensa para tomar taxi.

Creo que por estar enfrente de la estación estaría más bonito pero la área es muy fea, en la habitación no te dice que la cocina la tienes que compartir lo cual me hizo sentir insegura, renia un olor feo pero las instalaciones estaban agradables
