"We arrived late in the night and the staff actually picked calls to give us directions and we find the person we had been talking to waiting for us at the entrance. The check-in was smooth. We had challenges with the water heaters on day one, however, when we reported to the staff, they rectified the issue. They have "Katogo" and "Chapati" as options for breakfast. If you are Ugandan you know what that means. The rooms were clean, very spacious and comfy. The gardens are beautiful, and GREEN!...

"I paid Exedia $216, and the hotel only invoiced $177 was does Expedia not disclose that I will be paying their commisisons otherwise I awould have booked direct with the hotel!!"

"DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA Hotel was fine - decent quality for the money. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice (though expect a Ugandan breakfast - Katogo and greens and potatoes and sausages). There's a nice view that's in the process of being blocked by a giant mall under construction. However, when I arrived they told me that they could not receive money from Expedia, and I needed to pay them directly.
