"Beautiful neighborhood despite noise from construction site nearby, beach 5 minute walk downhill (and uphill in the way back). Old house recently renovated indoors, clean with basic furniture. Don’t expect to use the garden as it hasn’t been maintained and is completely overgrown.very responsive agency albeit not very flexible in terms of arrival times. Good value for money but don’t expect anything fancy. "

"Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön in den Bergen und ist absolut ruhig. Mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Ort ist mit dem Auto in 4 Minuten zu erreichen, dort sind Bars,Restaurant, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Apotheke."

"Wonderful stay for a multi-generational vacation with young kids! The house was lovely, very comfortable, clean, ideal layout, stylish, and perfect location in Deia. Anne-Marie was an exceptional host, assisting with booking transportation for the airport, communicating regarding rental cars, checking in on our stay and providing advice on boat rental companies. "Lovely, clean and well equipped house right next to the sea with a little bay at the bottom of some steps that is perfect for snorkelling and possibly seeing an octopus like we did! A short walk from a big selection of lovely restaurants, a few little food shops and a lovely beach. We had a great time."

"Maison de ville atypique et joliment meublée à l'ancienne, fraîche, avec une petite terrasse arborée. Tout proche de la place centrale du village, piétonne et avec terrasses. Nicole, notre hôte, a été à notre écoute et prévenante. Un détail mineur : pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner, la cuisine est peu fonctionnelle. Je recommande !"

"Der Vermieter war super nett. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Parken vor der Tur geht nicht, und man muss ein paar Minuten bergauf laufen. Andratx ist nett und man kommt schnell zu wunderschönen Stränden in der Nähe. Es ist ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Auch für die Kids war es eine gute Zeit. "

"The property was in a beautiful location and was charming itself. Unfortunately for us the listing did not indicate that the property has no air conditioning so it was unbearably hot the first two nights we were there (92 degrees). There were thermostats in the property which don't function or if they do, we were not told how to operate these. In addition the shower was not heated, and we had 4 towels to last us the whole week, which was a little frustrating particularly since no fresh towels...

"The house was beautiful! The garden was well kept and we were given everything we needed. The only complaint I had was the ants. They somehow got on to the bed and we couldn't sleep properly. Also, there is no Air-conditioning, but the host provided portable fans that were kind of useful. The kitchen has everything you need and the backyard is great to chill. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance and cafes. I would recommend staying here if you want to have a relaxed/ outgoing...

"We loved the pool amd the gorgeous grounds. Xisco was very available and responsive. The location was a lovely oasis at the end of each day, and everything on the island is driving distance."

"Das Haus und das Grundstück nützt leider ihr Potenzial nicht aus. Außenanlagen/Garten nicht gepflegt aber funktional. Bei einer 10 Betten Unterkunft nur 2 Kaffeetassen vorhanden. Die Türen in beiden Bädern lassen sich nicht absperren (Türstock ausgebrochen). Der Wasserhahn der Küchenspüle war defekt was aber von der Hausverwaltung innerhalb 36 Std. repariert wurde. Handtücher / Bettzeug sauber und vorhanden. Wissen muss man das der Ort über eine ca. 3km Serpentinenstraße zu erreichen ist....
