"After four days on a small boat with two kids, I was hot, grubby and ready to check into this lovely hotel. During the process, I needed to step away to get my passport. In that brief moment, a tour guide pushed her way into my place and started checking in her group of 10. That was a bit rude but the front desk person made it right. I appreciate that she took the care to not offend either of us and the desk people got us all efficiently checked in. Our room was perfect, the pool refreshing and the surrounding area great. We left on the ferry the next day with a soft spot for this hotel. I'd definitely come back again."
