33 m2. More information by the provider: Favourite house with many regular guests, ideally for families with children, individualists, persons looking for sun and repose, next to the cross country slope and shops.
Studio located in quiet and sunny area, consisting of 1 bed-sitting room with 2 beds, kitchen, 1 bath/WC and south-facing balcony with amazing mountain view. Free Wifi is available. Only 10 walking minutes to the centre & ski station. In winter there is a bus station just in front of the house. The bus passes every 20 minutes a drives stops outside the cable car station.
Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Saastalcard included. Final cleaning, bed linen and towel (except kitchen cleaning) included.
The following might be to be paid extra: Tourist tax.
