"We absolutely loved our stay at this charming cottage! The location is wonderfully private and peaceful, yet it’s just a mile or two from Second and Third Beaches, Sweetberry Farm, and all of the attractions Newport has to offer.The private backyard was one of our favorite features, with beautiful trees and stone walls bordering the Norman Bird Sanctuary. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature.The cottage itself was the most well-equipped rental we have ever stayed in. Everything we could possibly need was provided, so all we had to bring were our personal belongings. The outdoor shower with changing area helped the 4 of us clean up quickly after a hike or day at the beach. The thoughtful touches made our arrival especially memorable—a beautiful vase filled with fresh flowers, a welcome gift, and snacks greeted us when we walked in and immediately made us feel special and at home.Lori was wonderful to communicate with and was responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy with friends. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient getaway near the beaches and Newport!"

This little beach community is so quiet and pleasant and the cozy little cottage with small backyard is the perfect place to say if you’re looking for a relaxing spot that is close to absolutely everything, including beautiful beach walks Joan and her husband were such kind and considerate host. We enjoyed our stay immensely."
