"We were met by the kind owner who graciously showed us around the cozy top floor apartment and gave us her mobile number in case we needed anything. The special touches; plenty of coffee pods, bottled waters and half and half in the fridge, lots of towels, is more than what other VRBO’s offer. Location is great, pretty and quiet neighborhood, 5 min walk to multiple restaurants and the beach. 9 Uber (2 mile) ride to downtown Newport. Really enjoyable visit."

"Very comfortable sleep with comfortable beds and great pillows. Also, the neighborhood was very quiet. The fenced in yard for the dog was also perfect. We did not use the outdoor furniture as no time, since we only stayed there for one night."
