"The place is truly impressive — featuring a beautiful garden, a pool, and even real trees on the 10th floor, which feels like a miracle! The rooms are brand new and very comfortable. Self-parking is conveniently located beneath the hotel. The only drawback is the lack of clear signage on the ground floor. It would be helpful to have a large sign directing visitors to proceed to the 10th floor, as well as another one indicating the way to the garage elevators and the Underground Citi area. "

"Birks hotel lives up to its reputation of opulence. Great customer service from the initial valet, bell service, all the way to the front desk. The room was spectacularly clean, the coffee and water well stocked and the view unprecedented. Even the turn down service was expceptional. If you want opulent luxury, stay here. Anything else is not up to par. "

"The hotel location is great. Two blocks from Chinatown (great food there). Walkable to several Metros. The hotel has all basic amenities (I did not drive, so not using the parking access). Breakfast is great, many good choices, staff works hard to keep restocking the food. "
