HOUSE RULES:
To ensure everyone’s comfort, please observe the following:

- No parties, smoking, or loud noise. Guests will be removed from the property for any breaches of these rules.

- Quiet hours start at 9 pm to respect our neighbours.

- No pets allowed to maintain a clean environment.

- Check-in after 3 pm and check-out by 10 am to allow for thorough cleaning.

The apartment block contains CCTV in common areas and a ring doorbell by the front door for added security. Additionally, a noise decibel
monitor helps us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours.

Self-check-in is available anytime after 3 pm via Lockbox.

We guarantee a sparkling clean property fully prepared for your stay.

DEPOSIT:

A £200 pre-authorisation may be required (only if you’ve received a payment link). This hold covers potential damages and is not a charge—no money is taken.
