"Nice place central"

"Lovely little hotel in a very quiet area, staff were excellent, breakfast was very good, we would highly recommend it."

"We had a great stay. Amazing staff, facilities and really clean and well kept. Beautiful"

"Excellent amenities, helpful staff and good location. Only downside was a significant ant problem, although highlighted to reception they sent maintenance to clean/spray one day, it continued to attract ants. From pool conversations appears it's a problem in most accommodations not isolated, therefore dont leave anything on floor! Quiet/not too crowded late September. Breakfast okay, not well layed out but works."

"Spacious room and bathroom walk in shower , clean and great location with supermarket and a few restaurants within 2 minutes of walking distance."

"Great location and the evening meals are superb"

"Only a short stay this time but wow this hotel just gets better and better . Especially loved the welcome bottle of wine recognising my continued bookings"

"Ideal location, near to shops, beach and places to eat out if you would like to. Room was always kept clean and the pool areas were always tidy. Overall a great stay!"

"Accommodation was very clean and in an excellent location for shops, restaurants and bars. We booked accommodation with shared shower room by mistake but it turned out to be ok. Staff were very helpful :-)"

"Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. If you are wanting easy access to a beach and other restaurants (the hotel has its own restaurant but the menu is fairly expensive), this is probably not the hotel for you. If you want some quiet and time alone with a partner or friend, this...

"Great rooms, staff were super helpful & breakfast every morning was delicious!"

"Great appartments clean pool lovely breakfast staff very friendly would recommend it got crazy golf, tennis court and gym,and pool side bar, will be staying there again."

"Hotel was clean but tired, food ok but unimaginative Good location"

"Very helpful staff and excellent place to stay....have returned several times"

"This hotel is brilliant. The location is great, the rooms are clean and nice and the staff are super friendly and very efficient. Our air con was broken but the manager DIEGO was absolutely brilliant and sorted things for us straight away in a very friendly and professional manner. the food is really nice with a good choice and high quality, and there is also plenty for the kids to do, and the entertainment in the evenings was really good. We would return to this hotel."

"A lovely individually styled property, very friendly and helpful staff and an excellent choice of beakfast goodies."

"Staff very helpful and breakfast is good"

"The hotel cancelled our booking and moved us to another H10 hotel. The problem was it was miles from the centre and completely full. Not a single sunbed available at the main pool. Room was nice enough and breakfast was good but overall a poor experience."

"First time in lanzarote and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel . The staff were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Food was plentiful and a good selection, the pool was fantastic and spotlessly clean and if you like the beach it's just a short walk from the hotel . Rooms were large and really comfortable, so we will definitely book again for next year .thank you floresta..."

"Nice pool area, nice breakfast. Friendly staff."
