"This is the second year which my family have stayed at the THB Tropical. The reason for our return is the very warm welcome we received in 2025 and the help for my wife's parents who are disabled. Again the staff couldn't help us enough. I contacted the hotel before we arrived and requested a room with a walk in shower (without a step) to enable easier access. This was accommodated with no issue. All the facilities we great and available as and when we needed them. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is close to Playa Blanca Beach, Facilities at the hotel perfect and staff amazing. 10 out 10 and return next year definitely looks on the cards."

"What a beautiful Villa! I would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s in a great position, not too far from shops restaurants and easy to get around the island. "Lovely and comfortable villa , well laid out with a fab pool which was not over looked at all. Amazing location with lots to do and explore. The pool was cleaned x1 during the time we were there and the ties mended swiftly once the owners were aware that they had perished.Housekeeper came once and it smelt very fresh after her visit with change of towels.There was everything you needed in the kitchen- very well equipped. Well furnished , loved the pics xxBooks supplied, games for kidsWe are planning a return visit next year , hoping that we are lucky to find dates available Not essential but a welcome pack would have been a great idea for refreshments on arrival after long journey. Deffo not expected or a negative point , just an idea .Private parking on drive not available but absolutely no problem with parking on roadside outside villa.The management company were very helpful and swiftly contacted owners with regards to any queries. I have awarded five stars/5 stars as fantastic all round, thank you"

"After a couple of hick-ups with our room in the beginning that were sorted out well, we liked the room very much. We spent 2 weeks there while travelling the whole island with our rented car. We had a nice holiday despite the very strong winds on the island. We didn’t use the beaches for a long time like in other beach holidays but we travelled and seen almost everything in the whole island. Breakfast was a bit too boring for us and ended up eating mostly fruits which were in abundance and we bought dips and snacks from Aldi and Lidl not far from Yaiza. Overall we enjoyed the stay."
