"A fabulous stay. Resort spotless, beautiful kept grounds and peaceful and quiet. Taxi rank outside for convenience. Staff attentive and nothing is a problem for them. The biggest compliment is the food at the restaurant ate there every night and everything I had off the menu was superb. Spoke to other guests who couldn't believe how nice the food was. Overall a brilliant stay and highly recommended."

Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa – Adults only (+18)

"This was our second visit, we booked the same room type in the preferred area as the location is great and the rooms spacious. Last year we scored the hotel as excellent, this year we have dropped our score slightly. We still found the staff to be super friendly and efficient and the breakfast in the portofino restaurant is still great with plenty of choice. This year we travelled as a group of four, this was a struggle at breakfast as there are limited spaces for four and no chance of sitting outside. There were other groups of four at the hotel so we felt there should have been more seating options in portofino on the bright side of the room or outside for four. The staff keep the rooms clean, but we felt there were not enough of them to service the entire hotel, there was a long time slot, sometimes resulting in cleaning up to 14;00, while turn down service could range from 17:30 to 21:00. We opted for B&B, we did try the grill on our last evening but found it to be mediocre in comparison to the restaurants on the marina, cementing our decision to go B&B this time. We still really enjoyed our stay, this is still a fantastic hotel in a great location, and we would return again at some point in the future."

"What a beautiful Villa! I would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s in a great position, not too far from shops restaurants and easy to get around the island. We hired a car and having the parking space was really useful. It’s very well equipped and very clean. The pool is a really good size and the bedrooms were ideal. Thank you so much for a great stay! "After a couple of hick-ups with our room in the beginning that were sorted out well, we liked the room very much. We spent 2 weeks there while travelling the whole island with our rented car. We had a nice holiday despite the very strong winds on the island. We didn’t use the beaches for a long time like in other beach holidays but we travelled and seen almost everything in the whole island. Breakfast was a bit too boring for us and ended up eating mostly fruits which were in abundance and we bought dips and snacks from Aldi and Lidl not far from Yaiza. Overall we enjoyed the stay."
