The thing that stands out for me with Rebecca Park is the staff. Very friendly, very helpful. The cleaners are quick, efficient and thorough - all with a smile! We had a small issue with a drawer front dropping off - a workman was around and fixed within 15 minutes. All this combined with just 5 minutes walk from the Yumbo! This was our second visit to Rebecca Park but it won't be our last.

was VERY VERY noisy with children running amok and SCREAMING until the early hours, same for their families having parties on their balconies with loud music! All the poolside sunbeds were permanantly 'blocked' with towels, yet no-one there (one day there were Two people in the pool but ALL the sunbeds had towel blockers- unacceptable. Great shame as otherwise this (would have) been a decent place to stay.

Me marché un dia antes debido a picaduras por todo el cuerpo. El personal de limpieza me indicó que serian mosquitos , pero 30 picaduras , y con las ventanas del bungalow cerradas , no hacen que me piquen tantos mosquitos . Creo querab pulgas , o chinches. Es una pena porque el personal es muy amable .

Más limpieza por el covid!!!

Buenos días, es la segunda vez que reservo en estos apartamentos, me gustan por su tranquilidad, los recepcionistas son muy agradables, el servicio técnico igual, pero la limpiadora limpia por encima, deberían reforzar la limpieza sobre todo el la piscina y hamacas que con esto del covil... Y deberían de poner un poquito de música para animar a ciertas horas y abrir el bar piscina... Las dos veces que he ido esta cerrado, una pena!!! A pesar de lo dicho de la limpieza, la señora es muy agradable... Volveré!!!!

Ok opphold, men de første 3 døgn var preget av høylydt snakking, bråk og støy fra storfamilie ca. 10 stk. nærmeste nabo, dette pågikk til langt på natt. Klagde i resepsjon, men de sier at det nytter ikke å snakke til de, og det holder ikke mål.

Room smelt as if something had died. Beds very uncomfortable. Cleaner didn’t come in for 4 days. No change of towels or amenities. Key didn’t work in the door several times. Asked front desk for a text twice and they couldn’t help and seemed as though it was an effort for them. Pool is in what seems like a cage. Just really run down and worth 1 star at the Max

Perfect for a cheap week in the sun. Accommodation is basic but clean and tidy and fine for a holiday. Rooms have their own loungers and chairs so you don’t have to battle poolside, although the pool was fairly quiet anyway. Staff very friendly and plenty of towel/bedding changes. We had a great week. 4th time I’ve stayed at Rebeca Park and it’s usually the first place I check for availability if I’m going to Gran Canaria
