Fab hotel for the money, we were all inclusive and the food was great and joey’s that had to be booked was also fab, always had a clean room each morning and even a bottle of fizz left for my Birthday which we assumed was picked up with checking our passports, lovely touch. El personal de animación un 10 son un encanto sobre todo Kendra y nacho, limpieza súper bien en las habitaciones, lo que no me gustó fue que mi hijo en el restaurante se fue a servir solo en el desayuno tortilla y la chica va y le dice que no se sirva tanto, ni que mi hijo no supiera lo que se va a comer, del resto tengo otra queja sobre la comida no estaba muy buena y la variedad no me gustó mucho, del resto todo muy Biien

Hôtel de qualité correcte, mais loin d'être un 4 étoiles. La propreté doit être améliorée dans les chambres, pas un seul coup de balai en une semaine. Par contre nickel niveau sanitaire, essuies bain et literie. Restaurant bien, nourriture assez bonne pour un all-in, très bon petit déjeuner. Dommage simplement des distributeurs de boissons, inaccessibles pour les enfants car trop hauts. Et indigne d'un service d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Ce qu'il faut absolument, c'est investir MASSIVEMENT DANS DU WD40 !! Le bruit des portes est juste horrible. Et en parlant du bruit, les animations sont sympas et festives, mais le volume est trop fort, ça crie comme si le public était sourd... Et même en étant dans la chambre pour se reposer, on se croirait à côté de la scène. Merci de respecter ceux qui un jour de temps en temps, aimeraient se reposer le soir. Dans l'ensemble, bien. Mais beaucoup de choses à améliorer. Nous ne sommes pas sûrs de revenir. Sans aucune animosité car le personnel était vraiment très souriant, accueillant et aux petits soins.

Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, nie wieder, wenn man als Paar anreist - nicht empfehlenswert! Kinderanimation in vollster Lautstärke durch das Mikrofon, täglich bis 22:30 Uhr!! Zimmer befinden sich um die Kinderanimation, oder auch direkt zur stark befahrenen Strasse. Es ist immer laut, man bekommt keine Erholung. Zimmer okay für südliche Verhältnisse, aber nicht wirklich geputzt! Essen ist Massenproduktion, ohne Liebe, schlechte Qualität, Billigware Viele Katzen streunen zwischen den Stühlen umher und holen sich die Essensreste vom Servierwagen, und trinken aus dem Pool Wasser. Hotellobby richt extrem nach Raumparfum, und es gibt ein quitschendes Geräusch das Tag und Nacht permanent zu hören ist, auf dem gesamten Areal, Schuld wird der Wind sein, etwas Schmieröl könnte helfen. Manches Personal ist freundlich, anderes wiederum nicht, Arbeitsmoral niedrig. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.

Preis-Leistung ist ok. Abends ist es laut. Viele Engländer. Essen etwas langweilig. Es fehlt vor allem eine coole Poolbar. Abends muss man stehen oder zu den Poolliegen. Was cool ist, sind die drei Pools. So kann man etwas ausweichen

Me gustó la amplitud de la habitación, la comida estaba correcta, los trabajadores era simpáticos y atentos, que hubiera varias espacios para estar, unos más tranquilos y otros más bulliciosos. El gimnasio estaba bastante completo y el horario era amplio. A priori parecía que iba a ser más ruidoso pero las gorras de descanso se respetaban y se dormía bien. No me gustó el descuido de la habitación. Tenía varios desperfectos de importancia para ser un 4 estrellas. Habría que hacerle una puesta a punto a las habitaciones. Que las camas sean separadas es muy incómodo para dormir en pareja. En general no me pareció un hotel de la calidad y servicios 4 estrellas, aún así el personal era tan agradable que hicieron nuestra estancia fabulosa, repetiríamos

Logement agréable et bien entretenu, mais bcp de bruits : clients peu respectueux des autres et du règlement, qui discutent en extérieur dès 7h du matin et occupent la piscine jusqu’à minuit. Hotel hat Potential. Zimmer , TV etc. in Ordnung . Was nicht gut war ist das Essen. Es hat auch anderen Gästen nicht geschmeckt und die Speisen waren oft kalt. Die Salate haben auch nicht so toll ausgesehen. Noch ein Punkt der überhaupt nicht gefallen hat war die Lautstärke. Auch beim Kinderanimation über 100 dezibel. Das schadet dem Gehör auf Dauer. Ich fand es unangenehm. Aufgrund dieser 2 Punkte werden wir in nächster Zeit nicht mehr kommen.

Dejligt familievenligt hotel med god plads og godt staff. Havde all inkl - det eneste negative var at der ikke var stor variation af mad til morgen- middag og aftensmaden. Beskrivelsen af hvad det var for nogle retter manglede stort set altid og når der var beskrivelse matchede det ikke indholdet. Alt for meget svinekød så vi måtte stort set spise fisk hver dag og vegetarisk.

Schöne große Anlage mit modernem Fitnessbereich und vielen Pools. Unschön war leider das Personal an der Rezeption, es würde nicht gut beraten, kein herzlicher Empfang. Essen war insgesamt gut, aber nicht überragend. Insgesamt ein solides Resort. Die Animation war teilweise gut, teilweise nicht gut, da man beim Pilates Kurs lediglich ein YouTube Video präsentiert bekam und die Animateurin auch nicht mitmachte.

Overall ok ,food was of poor quality ,too much fried or deep fried , hot plates were not hot , all food that was supposed to be hot was like warm at best. The facilities were generally good , pools , terrace es and furniture,general outside areas, and clean and litter free,however ,lots of cats around ,and in the heat a pungent smell of cat poo around gardens . Drinks in all cases were poor quality. Rooms were spacious and the bathroom had shower and baths in them . Overall would not book again , needs to improve food / drinks standards and quality
