Our cozy studio apartment on the second floor of a two-story building is in the heart of Old Town—downtown San Diego. Shower head was rustic. Sink clogged. The smell of the room was so strong of cigarettes, humid, muggy. Extra blankets were stained of yellow. Kitchen garbage disposal smelled of moist food once turned on - don’t bother using it. Microwave hadn’t been sanitized it smelled awfully wrong. Everything looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned AND sanitized. Parking spot was pointless since everyone parked where there was an open spot. I’m disappointed with the amount they charged for such low quality hospitality. I could understand short staffing then maybe check out time should be extended to give house cleaning proper time to clean each room out.

Great stay and location
The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Very nice and modern and in great location. Plus the parking spot is super helpful. Fast communication with host and easy check in.. We plan to stay there when we are in San diego again.
