"I did not want to have to do this but I will share my experience with this property and property manager. We came to the house at 4:15 and there was a van in the driveway. So, we drove around for a while and then came back and the van was still there. "Owner double booked us and we had no where to stay, they also did not want to issue a refund. I have 3 kids under 6 and we arrived at 10pm with people in the apartment that freaked heavily of cigarettes. Location is not near universal city like it said, and apartments are sketchy as hell. I would never want to stay here or recommend it. "

"Terrible! No communication with owner. Flew in and were not able to stay. Contacted VRBO and immediately had returned and stay cancelled. Was impressed w/ service with VRBO. All I can say is: Do not book here. "
