Beautiful tower house dating back to the Lombard period, transformed into a country villa.
We are located in the village of Larniano, a few kilometers from San Gimignano, in a spectacular location and a breathtaking panorama.
In addition to the villa with private pool and tennis court, in the village there is another villa used as a b & b and a restaurant that opens only for private events.
On the ground floor there are the kitchen, the dining room, a large living area and the billiard room, and a small bathroom.
Going up the stairs of the old tower you reach the first floor with 6 bedrooms (twin and / or double) and 5 bathrooms with shower.

All around there are vineyards and olive groves. Here is one of the grape growing areas that produce the famous Vernaccia di San Gimignano, of which our winery Panizzi is recognized worldwide as one of the best producers.
