"Staff did not took us to the room and explained things, they conveniently leave earplugs in the night stand because the noise between 1am and almost 4am it's unbelievable, and they do not warn you about that, breakfast is highly price, and ice and othe things like that only operate on kitchen hour, if you want something in the evening or night, you have to get it outside. So if you looking to spend a quiet night and rest. This is not the hotel for you"
