"The place is clean and nice , but the price is too high for what the hotel offers. It doesn't have a gym, there's no restaurant, they don't have a pool. Nothing to do in that hotel"

"Great location and the room was well equipped for the weekend. The ONLY thing we could have asked for is a dog wash/rinse station or a hose attached to the outdoor shower to rinse off after being on the beach. Thanks for a great stay. "

"As with most places on Sanibel, this is a family-run small business and they are eager to please. This was the perfect location for our family to call home for a week, was right next door to a family-run convenience store, across the street from ice cream, dining & shopping, and on the main thoroughfare to get to everything else on the island via car. I didn't take pics of it because honestly, that's why you go to Sanibel, to do nothing other than go to the beach, collect cool sea shells, and shop. The kitchen had everything you could need and a full-size fridge was handy for the grocery store items on the non-restaurant nights. It was a truly memorable, enjoyable and comfortable home for a week and we hope to be able to go again next year!"

"It was a fantastic and the unit was modern with fantastic finishes. Very comfortable and cozy with a direct access to o e of the most beautiful peaful beaches in FL. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone especially families. The location on the island is centered so you are not close to anything but also not far to anything either. Fantastic place and the host was very attentive and always communicating with us."
