"Lots of beach front to enjoy shelling … without paying hefty parking lot prices elsewhere in Sanibel. The restaurant connected to the hotel had excellent food and was convenient … ordered for eating in our room once as well… and you could order food delivered to the pool."

"Need to make it easier to find the unit. We were up and down the stairs looking for the room 2121 reason couldn't find it because the plaque on the building showing the room numbers was off until I called the company . Otherwise enjoyed my stay ."

"The condo was nice and clean and location was great. Our only complaint was that it smelled so strongly of mildew that we could smell it on ourselves after leaving the unit. After only three nights, we got home and had to wash all our clothes because everything in our bags smelled like mildew. Bummer."

"We had a queen room in the motel portion and loved it. 2 full bathrooms with a nice sized kitchen area and separate bedroom. The back view was of the pond, area well kept and pretty. The laundry facilities was great to have and plenty of bath and beach towels stocked there each morning. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Very quiet"
