I booked a solo trip for 3 days in Venezia and I stayed at the NH. It was absolutely great, all the staff was super lovely and helpful, friendly and polite. Alice, the FOM and the restaurant/bar service were all really very hands on! I also had a lovely massage from Elisabetta at the Spa - I'd highly recommend getting during your stay there.

Good hotel near the airport, staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very nice and breakfast was good. Beds comfortable. Rooms air conditioned which was great. Transfer was a plus for us.

the property was fantastic only a couple of bus stops from Venice it self, great bar and pool with a really good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. only negative was there was not much around the hotel for shops or other places to eat. but we had a great time there and would gladly stay again, staff were super friendly

We stayed for 1 night but found the hotel to be great. The location of the hotel was right beside the vaporetto station so getting to Venice itself was easy. The staff were extremely friendly, we were even given an upgrade without asking when checking in. The room and hotel in general were spotless.

The hotel is conveniently close to the water bus stops and very close to the main Lido street where you find many shops and restaurants. The beach on the east side of the island was 15 minutes away. The room had a bedroom, a sitting room., and a large bathroom. While the A/C was not turned on for the season, opening the windows in our late April stay kept the room cool and nice. The breakfast was very nice and gave a scenic view of St Marc's square.. We found a COOP-supermarket in the street...

Lovely classic hotel. Great location opposite water bus stop. 10 mins from St Marco Square by ferry. Friendly staff both at breakfast and for drinks at the bar in the late evening. We felt sorry on the morning of Tuesday 22nd April 2025 for one of the breakfast staff as a german traveller gave her a very hard time about the selection of breads for breakfast. The selection for breakfast was great. Plenty of variety for everyone. Great staff all round.

Easy walk from the train station. Walkable area for shops and restaurants. Absolutely fantastic sauna and steam room to relax after travel.

Beautiful hotel which was a former palace. Room was a suite and very spacious and beautifully decorated. Good breakfast buffet as well

Stayed at the annex building. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for Venice. Huge, modern shower was a bonus.

The check-in was wonderful and smooth, and a gentleman helped us up to our room and set the heater for us and explained everything. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom and plenty of space for two people with a view of the canal.. We enjoyed the bar area and sitting area after having a nice dinner in the city center.. lots of nice areas to sit and relax.
