"SO frustrated with this listing and the Evolve/VRBO process of communicating. My husband had emergency back surgery a week before our scheduled stay. I tried to reach out to change or refund our stay and got nowhere. So difficult to even get to talk with anyone and they would not reach out the owners. Communication was difficult via email or text with no reply, and phone calls resulted in getting someone who was very hard to understand. "

"The host Shirl was amazing and responsive to communicate with. We needed to change the dates of our trip from January to March and she was able to work with us. Checking in and out was very easy.The house is comfortable and well stocked and towels and linens. It is not a new property and it shows in small places but does not affect the comfort of guests. The only thing that threw us off a little was that in photos of the rooms there was a bunk bed situation but IRL there is only one double bed. Luckily one of the people in our party of 6 was willing to take the sofa. BTW the sofas are VERY comfortable to take naps in should anyone find the need. The best thing about this house is it’s proximity to stores and restaurants which are all walking distance or a 2min drive. It is also very close to the freeway. I highly recommend this stay for people visiting the Las Vegas area if you are looking for a chill place to rest away from urban bustle."
